It started in São Paulo, on the agency floor at JWT Brasil briefed on the global launch of Windows 8 in partnership with Microsoft Seattle, and learning the trade by surviving it. Next came Samsung's Galaxy launches. Pirelli, HSBC, Unilever, Petrobras.

Seven years in agencies and a Cannes credit later (AfroReggae — Tá no Mapa, mapping Rio's favelas onto Google Maps), the in-house years began. Hundreds of campaigns. A 50% jump in client satisfaction. A 40% lift in agency revenue.

Then Los Angeles. Indie film marketing. Performance marketing. And eventually the inevitable founder's question — what would I build if I built it for myself?

Volunteer mentor at SCORE Greater Los Angeles, the nation's largest network of pro-bono small-business mentors, supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration since 1964.

The SCORE Los Angeles chapter served 18,000+ local entrepreneurs in 2024 alone, and was named SCORE's 2025 District Chapter of the Year. Guillermo's role: one-on-one mentoring sessions, free of charge, for owners and operators across LA County.
